What Is Student Success Agency?
Student Success Agency is the first agency to represent students instead of celebrities and athletes. SSA equips students with a platform where Agents are available after school, on the weekends, and throughout school breaks to deliver access to mentoring, tutoring, and post-secondary support according to their schedule and availability.
Students have access to post-secondary advising, goal setting, mental health support, and live virtual sessions in over 130 subjects. Agents and students connect through text, phone call, and email, and all interactions are monitored for safety, tracked, and recorded in SSA’s secure platform.

SSA Safety
Agents are required to pass a screening through the certified National Association of Professional Background Screeners (NAPBS).
Agents complete safety training and receive certified assistance from licensed professionals within our Safety Department to ensure their ability to communicate effectively and guide students through difficult situations.
Your team will be immediately notified of any safety risk that is reported to our Safety Department so we can collaborate with you to build a plan of action for your students.

As a leading provider of GEAR UP services, SSA collaborates with 500+ GEAR UP schools to connect students to comprehensive mentoring, academic/electives/career/life skills sessions, mental health support, financial aid planning, and post-secondary preparation from their electronic devices at home or on the go.
