What is Student Success Agency? 🌎

Student Success Agency is an education platform that helps schools provide digital support services to students across the country and was started by a speaker in 2012. Our CEO, EJ Carrion, became one of the top youth speakers in the country and started Student Success Agency when thinking about his journey as a first-generation student. Student Success Agency is partnered with over 500 schools across 20 states. One of the benefits for our Student Success Agency partners is that EJ or one of our speakers travel to the school to inspire students and inform them about how they can engage with Student Success Agency services.

What is the SSA Speaker Team?🤔

The SSA Speaker team is a tight-knit group of up-and-coming leaders and speakers who represent the Student Success Agency and use their diverse stories to inspire students to take ownership of their future. Student Success Agency is growing and is looking to add a handful of curated speakers to its team. Becoming an SSA speaker is a great training ground to start your career as a speaker and get hands-on coaching from top-tier speakers. Chris Williams

Chris Williams is a 3x College Football Champion, motivational speaker, comedian, coach, educator & father dedicated to connecting with any one he meets. His bigger than life personality & eccentric appearance has gifted him a unique relatability that thousands of students across the country have had a chance to experience!

At just 11 years old, Chris embarked on an unexpected journey from California to Ohio, suddenly finding himself as an outsider in search of belonging. Despite the weight of losing his father tragically in a train accident when he was only 3 months old, Chris emerged stronger, drawing wisdom from countless mistakes, mentors, coaches, and his parents as he seeked to honor his father’s legacy.

His desire to see youth thrive in such a BIG world has exceeded his own exceptions! The 2013 graduate with a degree in criminology, typically doesn’t scream “Youth Advocate ”, however Chris has taken the unconventional path backed by 10+ years of experience in youth development to redefine how young people are SEEN, HEARD and VALUED in today’s society.

His authentic and unapologetic approach to life is guided by the genuine belief that the BEST version of you is yet to come. “Be Like Water” are the words he lives by daily as he seeks to EMPOWER and ENCOURAGE the next generation of world changers to “Fearlessly Be Yourself Because Who You Are Is Good Enough!
